Who we are.
We are a small team that combines legal, regulatory and engineering practice. The advisory side works on regulatory and legal questions for companies that operate under real scrutiny. The product side turns the recurring parts of that work into software.
Both halves came out of doing the work, not theorising about it. The advice stays practical because we have to build it, and the products stay useful because we have to rely on them.
