Accessibility
Last updated: 23 June 2026
We want this site to be usable by as many people as possible.
What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We treat accessibility as part of building the site, not an afterthought.
What we have done
- built the site with semantic HTML, so its structure makes sense to assistive technology;
- made navigation operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator;
- chosen colours that aim for sufficient contrast against their background;
- respected the reduced-motion preference, so animations are minimised if you ask your system for that;
- offered light and dark themes that follow your system preference.
Where we are
We are not claiming full, formally tested conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA. There may be parts of the site that fall short, and we would like to know about them.
Tell us about a problem
If you have trouble using any part of this site, please email us at hello@ratedcounsel.com and tell us what happened and which page you were on. We will respond, and we will fix problems we can.
